We do not use advertising or analytics tracking on this website.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss your requirements — lawful basis: our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

- To keep the website secure and prevent spam — lawful basis: our legitimate interests in operating a secure website.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing unless you have agreed to this.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to operate this website and deliver your enquiry to us, including our website hosting and security provider, our transactional email provider and our email service. These providers process information on our behalf and only for these purposes. Some of them may process data outside the UK; where this happens, appropriate safeguards required by UK data protection law are relied upon.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp in accordance with its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up — normally no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the enquiry leads to a business relationship, in which case relevant information is kept in line with our contractual and legal record-keeping obligations.
